Self Care Accountability Coaching

In my experience, if I want to make a change, I do it. I might overthink it a little bit before I put it into motion, but I'll still follow through 100% of the time. And then there's this: I've dabbled with weight loss and nutrition for over ten years. In college I gained the "freshman 15".....twice. Thirty pounds in one year....this was because I didn't know how to consistently care for myself on my own. I sought professional help and lost the weight. But guess what happened when I moved away from home again after I graduated? Gained it all back. 

Fast forward to February 2020. I was a happy little massage therapist, enjoying a career that felt close to my purpose, so I began to tune in more to myself, and a motivation arose. I felt the change. It was coming at 150% this time! I had an incredible urge to feel as healthy as I could. My intention was to become a resource of all things holistic health for my clients, and be the role model. Would you go to a personal trainer who never exercises? Would you go to a doctor who smokes cigarettes? Maybe you would, I would not.  

Through my education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and with the help of accountability coaching, I have lost 30 pounds again. And it's staying off this time. I've been told my hair and skin are glowing, and that I have a bright and shiny energy about me. Yes, I eat mostly organic. Yes I meditate, do the yoga, and guess what? It works. My inner voice sounds like a best friend. My compulsive eating has decreased dramatically. This is what living a healthy lifestyle feels like to me. I want to share this with you and help you find out what works for you. 

Key point to take home: what works for me may not work for you. I'm not here to sell you a product or diet fad.
